THE KAALVOET VILLA:  The entire first floor has four en-suite bedrooms. It can accommodate 8 – 10 people. It is tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine. The very spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends. There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck!

KAALVOET APARTMENTS: On the ground floor has 3 luxury suites, Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean. They can be booked separately or together, accommodating between 2 to 8 people. When interleading doors are opened it is one house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We offer DSTV, free Wi-Fi and parking on the premises and barbeque facilities. Daily cleaning services are not included but can be pre-arranged at an additional cost. Parking is available on the property.

KAALVOET VILLA is the top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms. It can accommodate 8 – 10 people. It is a fully equipped kitchen, braai/fireplace, spacious lounge and dining room perfect for entertaining.

FYNBOS Self-catering apartment on the ground floor is a fully self-contained apartment and is spacious and tastefully furnished. It has 1 private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a small lounge area with a fireplace.

The open-plan kitchen area has an oven, stove and dining room table and chairs. A private braai area overlooking the Fynbos Green area with a stunning view of the Ocean is offered.

A once-off cleaning fee of R300 applies.

SEASHELLS Deluxe studio room is an open-plan, very spacious room facing the ocean and has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. It accommodates 2 people. 

It has a private bathroom with a shower as well as a spacious seating area. It does not have a kitchenette but is equipped with its own kettle, microwave, small fridge, cutlery and crockery and a patio with a table and chairs.

A portable braai is supplied on request. Seashells is perfect to add to Fynbos for a family of 4 or 5 people. Interleading doors will be opened to make it one apartment.

OCEAN is a luxury suite facing the ocean and a view of the Green Fynbos area. It has a separate bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Double Bunk bed for two children.

It has another daybed in the adjacent living area. The living area has ample seating and a table and chairs. It also has a mini kitchen equipped with a kettle, electric frying pan, toaster, induction stove, egg boiler, crockery and cutlery. It has one bathroom with a shower.

You also have your own patio with a table and chairs. A portable braai is supplied.
